A delegation from Beijing Seven Stars Co. Ltd. will visit United States from November 25, 2001 to December 7, 2001 to complete negotiation of the definitive contracts for setting up a small form factor assembly project with Illinois-based Hytel Group,, car cd dvd player

International Technologies Network, Inc. (ITN)
The project will be located in Beijing, PRC and will produce small form factor assemblies for telecommunication, automotive, and medical sectors.
The total project cost is estimated at US$5.50 million. Small form factor assembly is a small but fast growing niche within the burgeoning electronics manufacturing services sector. Seven Stars, Hytel, and ITN will invest in the project. Hytel will provide the technology and know-how to the joint venture. Hytel and ITN will be responsible for marketing the products of the joint venture outside China.
Mr.Wang Yintong, CEO of Seven Stars, will head the four-person Seven Star delegation. Seven Stars is a group of seven companies, formerly under the Beijing Electronics Department, that have been clubbed together as part of the Chinese effort to restructure its economy. Seven Stars is planning an IPO in the domestic bourse within the next 18 months. Seven Stars has several joint ventures in China, including one with Murata, the giant Japanese chipmaker.
